| "I engaged Yarra Constructions to completely refurbish my dental surgery from December 2008 to January 2009. It was a highly specialised project, involving complete rewiring, replumbing and redecorating in a Grade II* listed building. The result is fantastic. Leigh and Matt were dedicated, professional and their obvious commitment to the project reassured me greatly.
The project was intricate in it's complexity, and logistically difficult. The building is fragile, and I was closely involved with every stage of the process, and can attest to the quality of the work. In my experience, every building project has some hidden surprises that lead to cost overruns, however I can report that the lads tried their hardest to keep this to a minimum, and were very reasonable indeed in this regard.
